　日本相互証券は、公社債の流通市場を整備することを目的とし、昭和48年、証券各社の協力により設立されました。以来、当社は一貫してわが国の公社債流通市場における運営者としての高い自覚を持ち、「公平・公正・透明」を原点とする経営理念のもとに、市場機能の拡充および利便性の向上に取り組んでまいりました。近年、わが国の公社債市場は、発行および流通の拡大にともない世界的な規模まで発展しておりますが、当社におきましても、流通市場の安定的かつ効率的な運営に対し、より一層の強化を図っているところであります。

Japan Bond Trading Co., Ltd. (JBT) was established in 1973 through the cooperation of securities companies for the purpose of developing a Japanese secondary bond market. Since then, guided by the principles of impartiality, fairness, and transparency as expressed in our Mission Statement, JBT has worked steadily to enhance market functions and improve convenience in full awareness of its role as the operator of Japan’s secondary bond market. In recent years, the Japanese bond market has grown to a global scale through the expansion of issuance and trading volume. In response, JBT is endeavoring to strengthen itself further for the stable and efficient management of the secondary bond market.
